We visited this restaurant during our stay in Faro, and it turned out to be one of the biggest culinary highlights of the trip. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming — you can immediately tell this place is run with passion. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, without being intrusive, which made the whole experience even better.

The food was outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully seasoned, and presented with great attention to detail. The fish and seafood were truly exceptional — exactly what you hope to find on the Portuguese coast: aromatic, tender, and full of flavor. The wine selection was also impressive and paired perfectly with the dishes.

The cozy interior and relaxed ambiance made it an ideal spot for both a quiet lunch and a nice evening dinner. Overall, this is the kind of place you want to return to. If you’re looking for delicious food, great service, and an authentic atmosphere in Faro, this restaurant is a must-visit.

Great food and atmosphere! They had a wonderful band playing outside that put it over the top. We heard the music from a few blocks away and followed the singer’s voice all the way to the restaurant. We were then greeted by a waiter as soon as we set down who offered us to try some really fresh wine that he was excited about.
Just overall a super experience. Stop by here when in Faro.

Small (tiny) restaurant with tasty traditional food.

The restaurant is quite small, although it doubles its tables if outdoor seats are considered. A reservation in advance is recommended. I do recommend the outdoor seats (weather allows it), as the square is quite nice. The indoors are windowless and narrow, but that helps to build atmosphere. The menu is quite traditional with a strong "petisco" offer (small dishes to share). Food is tasty with traditional flavours. Service is helpful and informal.

This is indeed one of the best restaurants i've ever been to, we were there two times. The service is really friendly and outgoing (with great music taste). Dishes are very tasty and i have nothing to complain about. Spot outside is located in quiet and pleasant place under the trees. Food really can make nice memories :))
