Beautiful incredibly large dune beach. The waves are pretty and the shore features kilometres of dune shore to walk.

Lovely beach. It's not crowdy at all – granted, we were there in early September. The prices for sundbeds and umbrellas are super reasonable. Gazebos are quite pricey though but come with champagne 😂. The staff of both the bar down at the beach and the little restaurant above was very sweet and welcoming. There are so many nice spots on this coastline, but still this one really shines.

One of the most amazing beaches in Melides.
Access used to be more difficult in the past, which also meant it was less explored. Nowadays, there are beach services and sun loungers, but it still remains a great option for those looking for some peace and quiet. The waves tend to be a bit stronger compared to beaches further north (like Carvalhal or Comporta), so it really depends on the days - sometimes it’s amazing, other times it’s hard to even get in the water. On those days, it may not be the easiest beach for small kids, but we still come back every time we're in the area.

To get there you have to drive on an off-road road 2km. with a small park but you can park along the way. To the left of the beach (to the south) people without clothes is tolerated

Gorgeous beach. Difficult to park. Costa Terra is claiming its territory. We prefered it more before they took over.
