Alentejo Com Pão

Such a lovely shop owner-it was a nice experience buying cookies -they all smell and taste incredible.

To everyone who is on vacation in Algarve, you should really make a trip to Sines and visit Alentejo Com Pão!

Yesterday we spontaneously decided to eat some tapas here. The very kind and nice lady made a wonderful tapas plate for us three and we got to try the house wine which was delicious! The combination of different cheeses (the goat cheese with honey is tremendous!), presunto, chorizos, olives and the warm fresh slightly crunchy bread was incredible! She also made a second smaller tapas plate for me afterwards.
We also bought some wine and cheese here because it's so tasty!

One can really see how passionate she is about the good portugues food! Here you can feel the portugues hospitality!

This place is magical! The collection of wine is sublime and the way the owner matches it with the homemade tapas he has to offer made the night just beautiful. Just tell him what you like and he’ll find the perfect fit to your tasting.

Stopped here with a small group for a taste of the Algarve region and it was fantastic. What a platter of delicious hams, sausage and cheeses served with some outstanding wine and bread.

AMAZING little gem in the heart of Silves. If you are interested in traditional artisanal foods and want to sample a cornucopia of delights stop in this little shop and introduce yourself to the owner — he is super passionate about his products and can create amazing charcuterie boards (tapas) for you right on the spot!
