Brilliant little bar, but beware there's a mad hill to go down but atmosphere is brilliant, food is lovely and staff are really friendly. Supermarket is on the corner, turn right follow the music or sports, remember that hill well known you've got to walk back up it to Boavista Spa and Hotel if your staying there.

Went there for a group event yesterday and must say the service was great and although slow coming out of the kitchen, it was completely understandable as there were so many people. Also it worked out perfectly as you got a fresh, hot plate of the most delicious fish and chips I have ever had in Portugal. The batter was light and flavoursome, the fish succulent accompanied by home made fries, mushy peas and delicious sauces. I loved it. Will definitely go back and take friends. I had the small option which was plenty for me but most were served double that and at a great price. Everyone I spoke said they loved it. Thank you.

This bar has changed owners since we were last here ( 2022 )and has had major work done to it. It's a great little bar but it's sea view gas been lost due to apartments being built opposite, we are back now in June 2025, and are going to have the fish and chips Friday looking forward to that. It's in a quiet part of Albufeira but worth a visit 1👍

Stopped of here a couple of times on the way to the old town but Friday ended spending all night here . Great food , ( fish & chip night ) was reallly great value . Staff was excellent all the time we where here .

Unbelievably Poor Service
We arrived at 10am for the expected opening time, only to find the doors still closed until 10:20. As we had already arranged a taxi to collect us there, we decided to wait and give them the benefit of the doubt.
