Everything about our Valentine's Day dinner at Austa was amazing. From the music playlist, to the thoughtful and delicate food choices and recipe construction, to the wonderful energy from our server Beatrice who entertained our banter, we enjoyed every moment of our time. Incredible! Must visit if you’re in the Algarve. We went for Valentine’s night and were blown away by the quality and freshness of the food. Our favorites were the carabineiro and the miso pudding.
You can tell there’s a lot of thought and love poured into creating the menu and overall design of the space. We’ll definitely be back! Maybe next time for brunch 🫶🏼

An amazing meal in a beautiful environment with exceptional service. What more can be said? A modern take on fine dining celebrating local producers and a creative menu. Dishes were clever, flavorful, and well presented with thought and care. A great choice for a special occasion (or any occasion, to be honest). I selected austa for a birthday dinner and had a really lovely experience. Appreciated the vegetarian options as well as the alcohol-free drinks.

One of, if not the best, contemporary dining spots we’ve ever been to. The seasonal menu was beautifully thought out, celebrating local producers and bringing the best of the Algarve to the table. Every dish was explained with a smile and prepared with so much care. Everything tasted effortless and perfectly balanced. They had us from the start with the best sourdough and delicious homemade butter, and it only got better from there. I don’t usually eat pork, but this place made me, and honestly, I’d order it again. The interiors are gorgeous, every detail feels intentional. We travel a lot and eat out often, and this place is easily in our top five. We’re coming back in December to try the breakfast menu - no doubt it’ll be mind-blowing. Thank you so much for making our trip to Portugal special!
