Amazing tiny cafe - speciality Bifanas. Served to order and only €2:50 each. Had to takeaway and found a shady bench to enjoy Mmm

A must try if you're in the city of Lagoa.
Authentic food at a very good price.
You won't find anything like this by the beaches. All the restaurants and snack bars by the beach are very tourist-oriented, and there are NO Bifanas there!
This place is an authentic hangout where locals go for a drink, and the Bifana sandwiches are simply incredible! On my trip I stop by here every day for a mid-day snack before going back to our place and rest for dinner. The owner João is very friendly and will greet you with a smile!

The best bifanas I've found on the Algarve. Worth a detour for a couple of bifanas, a beer and a coffee. The bifanas are moist and flavourful, as they should be. A real local joint with a welcome for all.
