What a gem - nestled in a residential area, surrounded by lush gardens, this restaurant has everything you could look for - great atmosphere, fabulous staff (special shout out to Nilian, who went above and bexond ensuring everyone had a great time), delicious food (with perfectly cooked steak) and drinks! 3 generations were happy!

Best meal i’ve had in a while. Excellent service, atmosphere is unique and food quality 10/10. As someone who loves to eat out, this restaurant exceeded expectations. We had a starter, shared different cuts of meat and a dessert. Everything was fantastic and we will go back

Botânico restaurant offers fantastic food in a beautiful setting with incredible and friendly service.

Highly recommend this place, staff were so happy and friendly throughout the visit.
I only had the grilled South American Chicken which was very filling.
Went in March, so was too cold to eat outside, there is a big area to sit with a bar for the summer.
They are also dog friendly, they loved making a fuss of her.

Gorgeous setting with excellent food. Unfortunately we had to wait and chase several times for a drink, which eventually came after we finished our starters! There didn’t seem enough staff for the number of covers so perhaps this was just a bad night. Would absolutely return however as food was gorgeous, particularly the seabass main and the creme brûlée!

From start to finish the service was absolutely amazing. Nilians knowledge of the menu and specials was fantastic and she was so helpful in supporting us with our choices.
The place was truly spectacular and felt so chilled and comfortable. Even down to them adding small machines to the table …

We had an amazing meal at Botânico during our trip to Portugal. The atmosphere was great the food was delicious and above all our server Nilian was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly attentive, friendly and made our experience so fun and memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Botânico Algarve is hands down one of our favourite restaurants in the area. The food is consistently excellent – the burgers and steak are full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The truffle sauce is absolutely divine, and the onion strings were perfectly crisp, seasoned, and incredibly moreish.

Fabulous (and very popular!) restaurant. Booked here for mid week early July, you do have to give your card details incase you don't show up and then they charge €30 per person. Quite steep but I guess it guarantees people turning up! I would definitely recommend booking as it was really busy! Love…
