First time to this pub in alvor as we're first timers here. Live sports, good cheap beer and lovely food, especially the platter. Leonal who runs the pub is a brilliant host who's a great laugh, will highly recommend if in alvor and we'll be going again

6 large beers and 3 toasties €22.50!!
Had beers and toasties here few times across the week when in Alvor. Excellent large draught San Miguel for €2. (Guinness looked perfect as well). Large toasties are delicious. Chill Out Bar the place to go
The Chill Out bar is great. Been going for over 15yrs. The toasted ham and cheese sandwiches are unreal and cheap. Lionel is a great friendly guy and you can see why so many go back to see him.

Excellent family bar
First time in Alvor and what a find this place was. Leonel is such a laugh and has a wicked sense of humour (which from some of the reviews offended some people). The kids loved him and he always went out of his way to help. Will be 100% returning, Mr Grumpy says hello Leonel

Fantastic place
8th year in Alvor and go here every time,lots of times.Lionel,the owner is great fun,and the beer is freezing,2 euro a pint,and the toasties are great.If you go to Alvor, you have to go here.
