Stunning beach! Huge, and virtually deserted. Somewhat challenging to get here - about 2.5km of unpaved road from the nearest paved road, but worth it.
There are WCs, but not much else.

Wonderful beach! It is the same beach from Sines to Troia but this area is sided by a natural reserve. This specific beach (Cortiço Fountain) is easy to access, has a parking lot and toilets. NO restaurants, NO shops, NO beach clubs and all that means NO screams, NO noisy people, NO children… a Heaven! 😁
Perfect beach for relax and disconnect.

Went on a trip along the Alentejo Coast, up until Troia. From 6-7 beaches we visited, this was my absolutely favourite. We walked a bit to the right of the main area, and had the whole place to ourselves. Water temperature is great, nature is great. Bins, toilets, even lifeguards, easily accessible beach. Definitely a must visit.
