My husband and I have dined at Cuíca three times—once for breakfast and twice for lunch. One of the nicer-looking restaurants in MG in terms of decor, Cuíca also has a nicely varied menu. Choices range from açaí bowls to English breakfasts and vegan poke bowls to burgers. The servers are always so kind and attentive and the French fries/chips/batatas fritas are to-die-for!

We had a great time at Cuica. Beautiful sunset, amazing food and outstanding service from the staff.
We had sushi, the chef selection. The fish was super fresh and the fusion and combination of flavours from the chef make it one of the best sushi we ever had.
The ambiance was amazing with the sun setting on the horizon, whilst we had food.
The staff was absolutely brilliant, they took really good care of us and you feel they care for the business as if it was their own (something is very rare these days).
I would 100% recommend and I’ll be coming back here for the length of my stay. The photos don’t make it justice.

Highly recommend! Diligent staff, very attentive. Restaurant was very clean as was the restroom. Cutlery, glasses, table, window also clean. Well ventilated.
