New owners, new food… great friendly service, they really care. Had the Brazilian bean/meat dish and the octopus with sweet potato. Great quality and portions, prices good, house wine at €2.50. Would highly recommend, they deserve to do well and we will be back.

First, the food and service are great. I paid 25 euros for a delicious de-boned sea bass, salad and potatoes, beer, water and olives. However, there is no sign that says “no visa accepted” just a little picture with the word Multibanc crossed out. As an American, I have never heard of Multibanc and actually didn’t even see the tiny sticker. So ate and went to pay, only to find that visa is not accepted. So had to get cash at ATM, paying a 13.5% conversion fee. Yikes. That 25 euro meal cost me more than 38 euros taking into account the fee to take out the money I didn’t need. The restaurant needs clear signs, not a couple of little pictures. It was very embarrassing and frustrating for me, and ruined the experience of a lovely meal.

The food here was delicious. I usually eat the Lulas à Algarvia and would recommend that.
If you are more into meat dishes the Bife da Vazia / Sirloin Steak is nice also.
There is a small car park available but parking is not usually a problem.

Great service from really friendly and kind staff. The food was excellent… I had a Brazilian bean dish that was delicious and accompanied well cooked, flavoursome meat. The portion sizes are generous and it’s great value for money. The wine by the glass was also excellent. I’m so glad we visited D’sejarr and we will definitely be retuning!
