older gentleman working as a waiter stole sunglases from my table then pretended he didn't. Avoid this place as you can't really call police because it's a small island so they take benefit out of it and nearest police station is in Olhao which would take hours for them to come. Of course they said cameras where not working it that table after I confront them. I reported whole accident with videos to police in Faro as I work with Instagram travel investigation content. Scammers from this village working in this place will try best to rip you of from any money because they see money in every"tourist". Also they bring you bread, butter, some olives pretending is free but you pay 15euros for this without them telling you. Few clams in picture 18euros.

Its crazy how this place has a lot of bad reviews, i was a bit skeptical before going and actually trying the food, but I’m glad i had the courage to go regardless.
This restraunt is by far one of the best seafood restaurants i have ever been to in my life (and i have been to a lot), the staff were great and the food was phenomenal. Everything was so fresh and the best thing was the open kitchen downstairs (we were sat upstairs), as you can see the chef’s doing their thing and making sure they put their hearts in everything they put out for the customer.
I’ll definitely be back with the family sometime soon.

Place is ok, not the best food, certainly not the worst. Being in a small holiday, and very touristy, village on an island, a boat ride away from Faro you wouldn't expect it not to be pricey....and it's pricey, 1kg snapper @ €65....we had an Americano, a small beer and three small mackerel fillets with garlic and olive oil - basically a snack - and that was €17.50. So, recommended for a refreshing drink, but I'd leave it at that and eat somewhere nicer in Faro.

Absolutely amazing - the service , the food!! - everything was simple but super fresh. The setting and ambiance make the entire experience so much better, well done to the way this establishment is run.
