We came to the quiz last week and vowed to return! Had fantastic meat and cheese platter, cocktails, wine and beer then and all were great and well priced. Hosts are just lovely! Very tastefully decorated, clean, airy, spacious place. The closed in terrace was great today as it was blustery here! Lovely twists to the standard cocktails- had a kiwi mojito- lovely! Please make the effort to get to the top of the hill (beside the tower) to come for a lovely chilled evening with friends!

We had charcuterie board and the red sangria (best and most authentic in Algavre) plus hummus and vegetables. The quality was amazing and the ambience is great as well. On top of that the owners are very attentive and nice. Service was great too. Can only recommend to do at least one stop here, when close to Ferragudo!

We stumbled upon this cozy wine bar/lounge in Ferragudo and it quickly became a favorite. Freddy, the owner, is incredibly friendly and made our whole family feel at home — even with a 12-year-old and a 10-month-old!
The drink menu is top-notch, with a fantastic wine selection, delicious ports, and creative mocktails (our daughter called hers “the best in the world!”).
Inside is beautifully decorated with a relaxed, inviting vibe, and the patio is perfect for enjoying the Ferragudo charm. Don’t miss the charcuterie and fruit boards — fresh, generous, and beautifully presented.
If you’re in town, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll want to come back again and again!

A hidden gem in Ferragudo!
Food amazing.

What a brilliant place this is, it’s a shame it’s a little tucked away but don’t let that deter you from going. There is plenty of road parking around. It’s lovely inside has a very calming feel to it. The owners are fabulous people very friendly, welcoming & accommodating. We had some food to share very well presented and tasty. They is a large selection of cocktails one in our party had one and said it was very good. We have not been in the summer yet but we will be there for sure it has a seating area out the front of the building. I believe they also hold quizz nights so worth keeping an eye out for that I’m sure it would be great fun.

Lovely peaceful spot just up the hill to the old Ferragudo Windmill. You find this great little cocktail and quality snack bar. Super friendly staff and great for a morning breakfast, light lunch, or an evening laid back refreshment. Highly recommend.

The most relaxed square of Ferragudo with a nice view of the old mill and views of the river and Ferragudo. Looking for good, beautiful cocktails and/or tasty snacks? The walk to Eden is also nice. The view at sunset is beautiful!

Fantastic venue with the perfect mix of a stylish cocktail bar and a relaxed traditional bar atmosphere. The cocktails were expertly made, beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. There was a great selection of drinks to suit everyone, whether you fancy a creative cocktail or a classic pint.

I have enjoyed many wonderful evenings with friends at Eden, and everything about this restaurant is outstanding. Tucked away next to the windmill in Ferragudo—just a scenic five-minute walk through the old town from the main square—it offers a truly special setting.
