We went there in mid February. It was a little hard to find since it is a little down the road of a street. Parking spot is unclear. The best place is around 10 min walk from the waterfall. Easy trail with mostly street walking. Some modern ruins and graphity makes it feel a little "Slummy". But the waterfall was worth the visit in the end.
