Although Monchique was deserted (end January) Food_k25 was open. The restaurant was practically empty, but the food was delicious! Staff is very friendly. A perfect combination for a perfect lunch. Would totally go here again.

We had:
- the Calamari, very tasty and not chewy at all!
- the Philadelphia Roll, delicious and fresh
- the vegetable tofu curry, very fresh vegetables, tasty tofu, very rich and creamy flavours!
- the sushi mix 24 pcs. fresh sushi with very smooth salmon and nice tuna, a great variety of rolls and all expertly prepared.
one of the best restaurants we ate at during our month in Portugal!
with very friendly, attentive and helpful staff.

Fantastic place. We had the tasty tuna poke and mushroom toast. The chef thought he was running late so he apologized and gave us some sushi. It was the best we've ever had (crunchy on the outside). Sangria was excellent. Go here.
