On our way to Parque Natural de Serra de Estrella we took a detour to enjoy this beauty. The hike was easy and super short. I highly recommend this hike if you are looking for a beautiful place to swim and enjoy a picnic.

Stunning natural beauty spot just a few km from Benfeita. Easy to access with free parking area. If you're considering a dip the water is wonderfully cold, ideal for the hottest of days 👍

Possibly the best stash of skipping stones I've ever come across.
Access to near the waterfall is a wheelchair accessible 3 minute stroll from parking. The rest of the trail looks easy/moderate.
