One of the best cheeseburgers I ever had! Nice selection of beers on tap as well as a cider. The outside area is super nicely decorated and lovely to sit at.

From the warm atmosphere to the best burgers that we had in Portugal. There is really no end to the positive comments I can say about the place. The welcoming staff to the prices, and variety of drinks available. Definately come by for a burger and a drink. Sometimes hosts music nights as well as local football games to watch live on tv. Hugo's Bar is the place to be in Vale de Telha for sure!

Another hidden gem in the Algarve. The whole area is a surprise, with a beautiful residential area, but Hugo’s has everything you want mixing the local bar with a tourist-friendly atmosphere and great selection of drinks. A locals’ favorite but a great “pit stop” for tourists

Not very attractive place to go. There was nodbody there, the host did hardly talk to us. Dark inside, Was promising when we looked it up before we went but did not live up to the expectation

The bartenders were very rude, I do not recommend this place. They were literally fighting with guests . If you have a problem you call a security , trained people to deal with the situation .

We had a great Sunday evening at Hugo's when live band The Shakespeares got everyone revved up with their eclectic brand of heavy rock/rockabilly/new wave - you name it they did it! People up and dancing (or trying to!) and a great atmosphere!
Pretty good service from the young Portuguese bar staf…
