Inverso - Cocktail Bar & Portuguese Food

Absolutely loved this place. From the moment we sat down, the staff were brilliant, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to chat. They took the time to explain the menu properly without it feeling scripted or rushed.

The cocktails were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. I wasn’t sure what to order, so Thomas asked a few questions about what I usually like and suggested a drink that was spot on. Couldn’t have nailed it better if I’d designed it myself.

The bar itself is a very cool spot to sit, set inside old buildings with loads of character and funny, unexpected artwork that gives the place real personality. It feels stylish without trying too hard.

A nice touch was the menu itself: cleverly put together, easy to navigate, and even included recommendations for where to head next. Thoughtful details like that really set it apart.

The staff in front with Tomas is making the place being organised, friendly and helpful. They offered me some great places to visit around the area, pastry shop recommended also. the hot spicy came with three different local made salsas , so you were in charge to decide on your cocktail’s spiciness.

An absolute gem in Faro for good cocktails. The menu is so well thought out and inventive (and yes, you order with the hand gestures).

I loved the hot spicy game which came with three different local made salsas and a dropper so it was basically a DIY spicy cocktail.
Also really liked the Mexican Mule and the 🤙🏽.

Staff are so so lovely, and while I didn’t get any of the food it looks and sounds fab.
