ITA trattoria italiana

Excellent Italian cuisine in the town just a few mins walk from the old town square. We went on a busy December Sunday night and there were just 2 staff ( the pretty manager :) and her assistant) who managed the show super efficiently! The food was delicious and the vibe was perfect. There were some local families dining which also gives you the hint that it’s a not a typical tourist trap like the ones around the old town square. We were a family of 4 and out 2 teens enjoyed the food too.

Great atmosphere, service is very quick, call button on each table making service easier and faster. Food is unquestionably the best ive had all trip in Portugal. Big servings, and even with a broken hand, the chef is killing it!!! Cant say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is a little gem. It has a lovely ambience and the owner/chef and his wife were so friendly and the suggestions for our dinner were excellent. We can highly recommend the lasagne, gnocchi and risotto, all home made with love. The desserts were almost too beautiful to eat and the portion sizes were generous. Would highly recommend which is why we went twice in the one week.

This is one of the beat restaurants I've ever been to. It goes for both the food, the staff and the atmosphere.

I've been a lot of places and I love food 😋 this maxes out anything. Will without doubt come back again.
If you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant, you won't be disappointed.
I've never had such a savory and beautiful dinner.
Even when we brought the kids, they can be a little noisy some times. The staff is excellent. Brought toys so they could have some fun.
This restaurant holds about 40 persons in total.

And the chef here, he/she deserves a medal. Or a Michelin star. At least.
Also I would love to appreciate the prices here. Not too pricey and not too cheap.

Here you can get any kind of food, everything is so delicious! Even the bread! The olives, everything.

This spot, is extraordinary.
That would be my exact word of description for this sweet spot. I could eat here any day.
