This place has everything. I spent my childhood summer evenings here playing snooker, darts and other games. Amazing atmosphere, where the entire ceiling and walls are covered with football memorabilia (they have every single scarf you can imagine). Closes at 2, and it's open 6 days and nights a week. Also has a kitchen where some very good hamburguers are prepared, among other things. One of the best bars i know.

This was a great little restaurant serving fresh fish in a tiny family run space, but like Dom Pipas a few doors down the street it is no more, sadly lots of small places in Alvor are closing.

We came by this place after not getting a table elsewhere and we are so glad we did.
The food was exceptional and cooked to perfection and the service and atmosphere was perfect.

Known for the fish, barbecued over charcoal and there is usually a good fresh choice including sole fillets. Their seafood rice is also excellent. A very small family run restaurant, it’s always better to book.
