Fantastic music !!! Entry is €10 which is okay i guess. Only a bit weird that the security doesn’t check IDs… some people looked a bit young. Staff at the bar also was a bit rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be there lol

BEWARE IF YOU ARE OVER 25! This is basically a school disco vibe. Without the school. I haven’t heard One Direction or Gadjo since 2012 and clearly the security do not check IDs so there were definitely children there, which is unsettling when there are a couple of older patrons walking around… Music took a while to heat up, and it’s super hot in there. Strange transitions. Not the worst worst I’ve ever seen but clearly might need to review their routine. I do however want to say it’s nice to see so many female staff as bartenders, who are so efficient at their job. There were a few who clearly did not want to be there. I asked what cocktails do they do after being told they could not do the 2 basic ones I asked, and she said ‘Well I have whiskey, vodka, all this there’ which clearly did not answer my question. Then she seemed pissed when I pressed what actual cocktails were possible. Was it expected I knew the menu off by heart or the bars capabilities? No menus were around and I was already directed to this part being the cocktail specific bar. Perhaps some refresher customer service training wouldn’t go amiss, to then charge nearly £20 euro for most of it being ice and juice? I was not born yesterday or maybe she got confused considering the majority of the other guests looked like they were. Considering this was the start of the night it definitely did not set off a good note. I get we all have bad days but not sure if this was tourist related or not. She clearly understood the question so why not answer normally rather than expecting a stranger to know the whole menu? Felt like just avoiding work and funny how they didn’t wear name tags. Bit crazy when you factor in tourists are most likely to tip you if you actually care a bit. A bit odd when prices were much higher than our hotel/other bars we’ve seen in Lisboa. Also the management should review the sitting situation because every seat is reserved, and there’s not really a normal smoking area for when you need to chill between filler songs. It’s quite a large space so clearly a reshuffle would be good.

The music at this place is very good, and that’s what initially attracted us. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing because of the way the drinks were handled.

At the entrance, we paid 20€ for two drinks, which were supposed to be included. However, when we ordered the second drink, we were asked to pay an extra 5€, with the explanation that the credit from the first drink had already been used and there was supposedly no balance left.

This was confusing and felt unfair, especially since the two drinks were clearly advertised as included. As tourists, we couldn’t help but feel taken advantage of. This is not how visitors should be treated, and it really ruined what could have been a great night with good music.

I was there yesterday, and the staff lied to us many times, saying they were going to open the other dance room at 2 am. After 2–3 am., we went to ask again if they were going to open it. They shut the door in our faces and screamed at us when we asked respectfully between songs so we could hear each other. They told us to leave and re-enter from the other side, which would have meant paying another €20, just one hour after we arrived. The staff was extremely rude, even though we tried to remain polite while speaking to them. Thieves.

There is only annoying men in the club. The DJ was so mean! He isulted us and our family when we suggested a song... a good song by the way, way better than the boring song they are playing. And the bartender were ignoring us when we wanted to order drinks ( we arrived early and nobody was waiting)
