Great bar, staff are fantastic, locals welcoming. Fab pint of Guinness & wide selection of sport shown on different TVs. Can't wait to return.

Irish pub in Alvor. Serves food 10am till 5pm. Breakfast is good. Served by friendly staff.
Great for watching sports and having a good time generally. Has dart board and pool table out the back.

Welcoming bar staff, a great atmosphere, excellent for showing all types of sports as they have multiple TV's. Good music at night and right in the heart of Alvor. Take a seat outside to people watch while you enjoy a drink!

All good bars are character lead, and this bar has a daytime lady called Claire. Takes no rubbish (in a lovely way), and gives as much as she gets, but better. Unbelievably busy on a Saturday, hordes of people wanting to see different games, nothing was too much. People at the bar wanting service, and it all happened like the Swan on the lake. I can't recommend this very ordinary place highly enough. Whatever she's being paid, it isn't enough.

This Irish bar is great! The service is excellent and the atmosphere always welcoming. Live music every night and always good. Shout out to Ronan Cavanagh one of the excellent singers.
Can't comment on food as don't think they any!

Gus the legend.
Best Guinness in Alvor , staff are excellent and the owner Gus is a brilliant host . Couldn't recommend the Leinster Bar any better. Made our holiday in Alvor again . A must visit if you want live sports and a friendly atmosphere.

Keep your hand on your holiday money!
This is an Irish bar, staffed by friendly Irish folks during the day but there are staff changes in the evening and you have to watch them like a hawk. It's a pub with music after 10.00pm that is mainly frequented by people who have had a few. The staff will overcharge you if they think you are dr…
