Under new management and it shows. Great food - especially the steaks and lamb shank but also the fish dishes. Excellent service, keen to ensure you have a great evening. We were indoors because it was January but there is a lovely new sitting area outside too.

New Owners but great traditional Food and Service!
Four different seating areas so never too loud but plenty of atmosphere and extremely attentive service from a very knowledgeable team who are going to make the Restaurant a great success.

A truly great meal and evening, as always, at Mr Freddies. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Brilliant attention to detail and hugely entertaining. Top, top food. Highly recommend the chateaubriand - absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back!!

Mr Freddie’s is always a place we visit, usually more than once a year. I do feel it has lost a little of its spark! The staff used to be so happy and attentive but we didn’t get that this time, I was quiet too, so it wasn’t like they were rushed off their feet.
