Restaurants that have clearly marked vegan options on the menus are very rare in Monte Gordo. A large number have vegetarian dishes (which may be veganised or are even vegan but are not marked as such). Congratulations on the choice to provide vegan dishes which, moreover, are of excellent quality and presentation. With a marvellous view over the sea and impeccable decor, I highly recommend it.

First night in Monte Gordo and stopped to see if we could make a reservation. On line wouldn’t let us until Sunday (it was Friday) but we had no difficulty booking a table for later that night. Food was excellent and the service was good. Would recommend to others.

A "must" in the Algarve. The art and experience of the Chef Jossara Martins comes through in the quality, beauty, and deliciousness of each offering. Don't miss the signature Muxama Cannelloni as appetizers or the scrumptious risottos. The atmosphere is spacious with a superb view over the beach. The service efficient, professional, courteous and gentle. Top 5 starts. And I have a difficult palate!

We have been at Muxama few times already but this year was our first time. Dourada ceviche is perfect, sardinias and bacahlau with figs and almonds perfecto! And for dessert dont miss excellent alfarroba cake is wonderful. Entire staff very detailed oriented and professional.Muxama is the restaurant you dont want to miss if you in Monte Gordo. Congrats for new cheff and entire staff, you are on the right way and will be back!
