An absolute hidden gem. We went for lunch, looking for a more local restaurant, and this place was the best restaurant we have been to in Portugal. We went two times. We ordered two cataplanas for two people, fish and seafood, and cod. One cataplana could have been enough for the four of us. Massive portions, absolutely delicious food, great and friendly staff, very relaxed and local vibe. This place deserves more exposure, eating here was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for such an amazing meal.

Have known this lovely little place since the mid nineteen eighties.
Seems to have changed hands since our last visit in 2022 and now only offers evening dining on a Saturday.

Everything goes smoothly and the food is very tasty. Very friendly service and for the non-Portuguese speaking the communication is done in English.
