Best restaurant for miles around. Quality, taste, price, service, fluent English, free parking outside. Wish we had found it on day one of our trip. Lamb chops was FIVE chops, home made mint sauce tasted like a mojito. Superb.

Really lovely place. Nice, modern and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. High quality of food and nice portions. We didn't book and first were seated outside. But once a table came available inside, the staff offered us the seat. Very nice and helpful. Absolutely worth the price.

We eat like kings washed down with great Portuguese wine selected by the owner. 6 eat, most had 3 course and a number of pre dinner drinks. €270 I would of happily paid more. Great value and quality.

Well worth a visit to this off the beaten track restaurant. Since we last went there over a decade ago the place has had a big make over and is now quite minimalist. It's nice, but we did prefer the old-fashioned, more traditional decor of the past.
