A great location overlooking the sea on the west side of Armacao de Pera. Service has improved here over the years and the food is consistently excellent , especially fresh fish . The razor clam rice is a terrific dish for 2 and represents great value at €38. The wine list is amongst the best I’ve seen in the Algarve . Competitively priced and comprehensive coverage of all Portugal . You cannot fail to find a good bottle here . Desserts are highly recommended too . Well worth a visit .

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others.
We made a reservation the same day at lunchtime with a waitress, who clearly confirmed that a table on the terrace was available for the evening. Everything seemed perfectly fine.
