A favourite overnight stop for us. Parking next to the cemetery. Huge stork nest on the church tower with stork in the Spring but gone this time as we were here in the Autumn for once.

incredibly nice, the walk from the parking lot is not too bad (10-15 minutes) but very worth the effort. at otd fullest (around 14:00) we could have atranged everybody on the beach so that each group was at least 50m separated from any other group

Small but very beautiful beach. Not easy accessible as it can only be reached by foot but it’s worth the effort. The beach is pretty steep which brings can cause big waves. Once you stand on the beach you will appreciate its beauty.

After parking it's a 10-20 minute walk over sometimes rough terrain but you will be rewarded with a beautiful, quiet beach surrounded by magnificent cliffs.

Good beach but too wide
Fine and clean sand. Numerous lifeguards. It is very long, you can be quite separated from the rest of the people, if you want. People concentrate at the two ends. It is too wide (almost 700 meters between the boardwalk and the water in many areas) so you lose a lot of time going and coming back an…

Relaxing

Love and be loved!
Figueira da Foz is wonderful I have lived there and I feel very missed for sure one day I will walk and remember the wonderful moments that I was there and next to a very special person.

Nice views
We couldnt venture into the water, due to rains. The views of the beach and the city in the background are amazing. Lovely area with vast expanses.

Serene
Lovely golden sand beach overlooked by the clock tower. The man made kids pool is a great idea! Very quiet when we visited about 7pm.
