Beautiful backstage, water is warmer. Very safe for kids.

Beautiful beach with some parking around and a bus stop. Has some drink stands and a cafe with bathrooms. Wide beach with a sandbar that was exposed at low tide. Water was cool but about the warmest I have felt yet in Portugal. Overall, beautiful!

Warm water, beautiful sand, and small waves. Perfect place if you wanna swim all day.
If you are coming from Lisboa, you can either take a train or bus to come to Setúbal, and from the center you can take another bus which will leave you literally in front of the beach, it’s very accessible in this way.
One minus point is that the bus was packed with others, it can be an uncomfortable experience if they’re considerate people around themselves given that bus needs keep turning around the way.

Out of the summer season it is pure joy and bliss, in the summer it is difficult to get a parking space, so either bike, or buses, but it get too crowded and parasols/ ombrelones are 20 euros per day, out of summer it is adorable 😍

very nice beach, very clean and attractive green water and calm waves. Only there is some lack of car parking issue, else all is good. better place to spend summer vibes.
