Absolutely stunning beach. Goes on for miles and miles. There's generally nobody here and the waves are a thing of beauty. This is why Portugal is the surfing mecca. I suggest everyone takes some time and walks this beach just beneath the sheer cliffs. Breathtaking. What's even better? Dogs are allowed!

Gorgeous beach.
Parking was easy, access to the beach is down some stairs and there is shelter from the winder under the rock formations. Just make sure the rocks don’t fall on your head.
High tide doesn’t work well for surfing.

Great beach with fabulous surrounding. I feel completely at ease just watching and listening the sound of wave. A place apart from the modern world. There are no shoppings.
Knowledge of the tides is required as the wave can be too strong for swimming. Perfect place to surf. You are going to learn to respect the nature as a humble human.
