Praia de Surfistas

Excellent place for everyone passionate about urban nature and views. Promenade is open to the ocean on one side, and on the other are low brick walls and abandoned(?) gardens, full of tiny lizards. If you keep still they will come out by dozens. Highly recommend visiting closer evening hours, and taking a walk towards north end. View in direction of Paul do Mar is something unreal, it looks like from some fantasy movie. There is a way there to a stony beach under the cliff where someone with a sturdy feet can find lots of dashing crabs and snails, and really cool rocks 🪨, highly recommend visiting this place

Ein schöner Ort, um das lokale Leben zu erleben: Am Ende der kleinen, zwar eher unscheinbaren Strandpromenade gehen viele Einheimische schwimmen. Es macht Spaß, ihnen zuzusehen und noch mehr, selbst ins klare Wasser zu springen. Ein erfrischendes Erlebnis abseits der typischen Touristenpfade!

Wunderschöner Ort.
Am besten zum Sonnenuntergang dort hingehen.
