A different beach with some special health powers. Near is one of the oldest sanatarium in Portugal, now is a huge rehab center. The high quantity of seaweeds on the rocks produces an high level of iodine to the air. It is a must visit this beach of Valadares, enjoy 😉 and you can find some starfish too 🏖️

Beautiful beach! And a short walk from igreja Senhor da Pedra, a beautiful small church that when the tide is high gets surrounded by water. A dazzling view!
