What a fantastic hidden gem of a beach, out of the wind and an incredible surf spot. We had a lovely afternoon chilling here and went for a nice breakers bath in the choppy sea, the water was cold though, guessing because it’s on the Atlantic, and to think it’s nearly the end of June…
Don’t be surprised to see a little bit of nudity though, if you’re prude or have kids this might not be the beach for you.
The climb down is quite steep to, so if your not fully able, maybe try of the other lovely beaches on offer in the area.

A beautiful beach, especially for surfing. There are much nicer beaches for swimming alone. You can go hiking along the coast / cliffs. On some days it can be extremely windy here, you might want to check the weather app. The road access is a little offroad but very easy for every car.

It's a review about a beach in Portugal, so Praia do Terreiro. It's a beach, a really natural beach. It really allows us to see the beach. You have to go a short way to get there, so it's not a main road. But getting there is really worth it. The view is really excellent. It's a good place to surf. There are bigger waves, so for beginners, it may not be ideal. It's directly on the shore, but it's really worth it. To go down to the beach, you really have to climb a cliff. So you just have to wait for a while, but it's really worth it.

Amazing spot ! Clifs and ocean just breathtaking. Much nicer than crowded tourist spots. Here nature, wind and freedom. Path looks tricky at first but absolutely feasible even for kids. Loved it !

Sunday lunch with a big family (8 people). Splendid location with a spectacular terrace overviewing Mareta beach. Big fresh fish cooked in the oven and perfectly served with potatoes, mixed salad and legumes. Honest price (for the Italian standards). Very nice experience to be repeated.

Very poor service. Lovely location with super views. Loads of staff flapping around and yet doing nothing. Only boss lady taking orders.
Took 30 minutes before she acknowledged us. Rude. Badly managed.
