Went here with friends to watch a rugby match. Great atmosphere, and it was packed as Ireland was playing. Good Guinness and cocktails. Plenty of screens so everyone could easily see the rugby action. Very competent bar staff managed to keep up with demand no problem. Good fun.

I was here in 2009 for the second Lions rugby test match against South Africa and I was there for Rory McIlroy winning the Irish Open for the second time in September 2025. Not once was I brutally attacked. Great pub, good drink selection, very cheap, and an all round good time.
