The best time to visit Waterfalls in the Algarve is right after the rainfall, This is the biggest and by far the most powerful Waterfall in the Algarve, Great place to chill and unwind from the normal busy routines in life, In need of some TLC though, because of the bamboo and all the graffiti already left on the wooden stairs.

It's a very beautiful place to hangout, it's a small waterfall but a deep pool, nine to cool down and chill, anyone friendly and all aegis also, there is a lot of steps you need to go down to visit the pool area on waterfall.

Truly stunning place. We were lucky to have the waterfall in full flow and the waterfall was crystal clear.
We spent a wonderful calm time here.
Be warned there are 185 steps to climb to get back up to the car park but don't be put off by this.
