Lovely evening, very comfortable setting the staff couldn’t be friendly special mention to Thiago who made us laugh and even got a picture with us after. Great food the Cataplana was delicious.

From the warm friendly welcome, to the exquisite food and wonderful atmosphere, Alambique is most definitely one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure to visit. My daughter and I came back twice during our week long holiday because once is not enough! We had the rack of lamb the first night and it was simply delicious. This place is a must if you’re in the area you will not be disappointed.

This restaurant was wonderful
From the entrance, the waiters professionalism and the food, everything was excellent.
The dishes were made with quality ingredients, served in good portion and well presented. I had the lamb chops with the mint sauce and I loved it. The mint wasn’t too strong it was just perfect (to me, your taste may differ)
The wine selection was great.
We had a wonderful dinner there and will come back if we ever go back to Vilamoura

Amazing food and amazing service. Wine was lovely, same with the food. Many people but didn't sound too loud, a lovely atmosphere.
Drinks refilled when finished, from water to wine. Funny waiters too.
Overall a lovely dinner, time passed quickly. Expensive but worth it.

One of my favourite restaurants in the algarve. The food is done so well, and the setting outside is stunning, a great way to spend an evening, it really feels special. Having the owner show us how they make the crepe Suzette was a beautiful bonus too!

We have always booked this restaurant when visiting Algarve . The food is always delicious and service excellent. Paulo makes everyone feel special and he is so welcoming which makes the place so exceptional. Never dissapoints . 100/10 highly recommended

This was one of the best meals of our trip! We hadn’t booked beforehand but a friend who lives locally told us we had to try the Alambique and were so glad that we did!

Had a table booked. They sit you down. Then ask you to move because someone more important comes into the restaurant. Have been quite a few times. But the food quality has seriously gone down hill. There are far better restaurants in the area.
