Best restaurant of our 12 day holiday. The service was faultless from the minute we arrived. The food was incredible, we ordered fried shrimp to start followed by Turbot to share. We were shown the fish before being cooked, then the waiter deboned in front of it. Absolutely delicious. Me and my partner wish we were in Portugal longer to come to Borda Do Cais again. Thank you for an incredible experience and beautiful fresh fish.

The food was really amazing! You absolutely have to try the fish!!! We ordered the black ink pasta, sardines and red bream. We asked the waiter for his recommendation, and he suggested grill. We finished everything, even potatoes were great. The plates were completely clean.

A small village that hides this culinary gem, fresh fish displayed and grilled on the spot in plain sight, the staff is super friendly and helpful, it costs a bit more than the others but it is worth it. Absolutely a must-try. A gem at sunset, outside it is even more magical
