Popped in for a light lunch...I had the tomato salad and an omelette. This restaurant doesn't close from 3-7 so come anytime. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was great...It's right on the boardwalk with sea views and the nicest staff with great senses of humour. Really enjoyed this place and the cappuccino was fantastic!

When first arrived in Portugal 25 years ago we used to eat at this fine Restaurant at least once a week. I revisited this fabulous restaurant last week located right on the seafront and realised what I have been missing as it has been some years since I last dined here. The food was of the very highest standard, my friend had the Fillet Steak with pepper sauce and I had Pork Tenderloin with pepper sauce the quality was the best my Chef friend had tasted and mine was fabulous, the presentation was exquisite together with the service.
I cannot recommend the Proprietor Manuel and his staff more highly I will certainly not leave so long for my next visit.

Wow. Firstly, we visited with our dogs. They without asking gave us a space in the shade with room for our dogs not to be too close to anyone else.
We had the fillet steaks. Absolutely the most tender steak we’ve had in Portugal.
The guys serving were so on it. Nothing was overlooked.
10/10 the best meal we’ve had for a long time.
We will be back tomorrow.

Food was delicious and tasty! I had the grilled sardines to start & the algarvian style prawns for a main! The service was great we were well looked after. Thanks all at clipper we will be back!

This restaurant is an absolute must-visit for dinner in this town. It’s located right on the oceanfront, with a charming and comfortable interior that makes you feel instantly relaxed. We enjoyed grilled fish, and the selection was amazing—each dish was prepared perfectly. Be sure to try the house special dessert, which changes regularly, as our excellent waiter Manuel explained.
The highlight of the evening was the impeccable service from Manuel. He was friendly, genuine, and effortlessly funny, adding a special touch to our experience. He also recommended a wonderful local Sauvignon Blanc that paired beautifully with our meal—my wife, who is a sommelier, agreed it was outstanding.
Go there—you will not be disappointed!
