Amazing find this local restaurant, food so good we went 2 nights in a row.
We had the Cataplana for 2,& the rice & monkfish for 2 the previous night, both massive pots of steaming food, which were delicious, and so much fresh fish in the dishes
We were served by Janas, who was attentive & and gave good food and drink recommendations.
We also met the young chef Renato, the unsung hero of the delicious food both nights.

We visited this place three times during our holiday. Very nice sardines. Very reasonable prices. Good and cheerful staff. We were lucky to get a table for our first lunch and lots of people were queuing for a table. We booked tables for our subsequent visits.

Fabulous food. The staff are very friendly and if you have any special requests they are happy to accommodate. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing Place to spend the afternoon!!!
My boyfriend and I were trying to find somewhere to enjoy lunch on a Sunday! We drove around the area and found this incredible restaurant! The staff was super welcoming and funny, really enjoyed the environment! We ordered the seafood rice for 2 people and was thinking of ordering some soup along with it. The staff, however, recommended us to just order the rice since he knew the amount of food in this dish, it was really nice of him to remind us about that. The food itself was excellent too, it’s amazing how much seafood was in the dish. Great experience great place! highly recommend!!!!

We had six different plates and they all were good. Great place to try the famous Portuguese sardines! Decent white house wine.
