A lovely restaurant, the staff welcome you like family, from the home cooked food which is simple but delicious (I recommend the lamb chops) to the the wine list. The view of the hills is awesome and so peaceful.
They do a selection of prato do dia and also have a larger menu.

We visited with Portuguese friends who had been here before for lunch and very glad we did. The Prato Do Dia was very tasty, but other dishes from the main menu also looked very good. The restaurant is decorated in traditional style and seating was reasonably comfortable. The lady serving was very efficient and overall I would definitely recommend this place, especially for lunch.

I have no idea how this restaurant continues to provide such delicious, great-value food and wine, with friendly service, in such a beautiful setting nestled under the trees. Our favourite restaurant in the Algarve. Thanks for another spectacular meal.

In a magnificent setting under the trees, this very chic restaurant, with a majority of foreigners, offers classic Portuguese cuisine without any particular flair. Definitely our favourite meal in the Algarve this summer. We sat in the beautiful courtyard and enjoyed super fresh fish, beautiful pork, and a really unusual set of deserts to choose from. Service was friendly and we had a wonderful evening. On our list to come back to!

We enjoyed the most magnificent evening at O Barradas a family group of 31 and we received the best possible service and food
The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient and the food was perfect which is no mean task for a group of 31
The setting wine and food are all to be recommended
