Restaurante Sombra e Água Fresca

The place is nice, in a very good location, with great views. Owners are nice and friendly. A place with a great potential for sure. And this is where the positives end.
The place should be open at 10:30 but usually they open only after 11 or 12 depending on the mood. If you ask for coffee you can be lucky or not, depending on who prepared it.
Food is tasty but the dishes are small and the prices very high.

With a 1,5 litre bottle of water sold at 3,70€ and having always difficulties in accessing the toilets. Good luck!

Good spot but no customers…. We went away immediately because the toilets were out of service. My suggestion close your club or fix it.

If the owner of this restaurant wants to have dogs he MUST train them not to be aggressive!!! A few years ago I was bitten by one of them and the owner apologized. He was reported and that dog disappeared. Today, at their cabana on the beach, a different dog (long-haired German Shepard) of his came running at me growling and barking aggressively as I went to pay for the umbrella. I have my 2 year old with me and it's very frightening! The employee at the cafe assured me that the dog wasn't dangerous but.... ?! Please be careful around either of his establishments, especially with kids! 🙏🏼

Be careful, there is a loose, aggressive dog near the restaurant. The dog's owner belongs to the restaurant and was working outside.
There is another negative review about this, so this seems to be a known problem.
