This is exactly the kind of place where the owners have poured their heart and soul into everything they do. You can feel it the moment you walk in, a warm, home-like atmosphere, a wonderful selection of wines and delicious snacks. It’s a place we’ll happily return to and choose for our special family occasions. The owners are incredibly kind people, and we always feel truly comfortable and welcome there.

I visited Rolha with 2 of my friends whilst visiting Porches, and we were all so impressed with our experience. Everything was 10/10, fantastic food and amazing, friendly service. We had such a lovely night, will be returning in the future fingers crossed!

We went to Rolha Wine Bar on Saturday for my daughter’s birthday. I must say it is one of the nicest spots i have eaten at in Portugal so far. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and Matt and Joe are two of the most awesome hosts I have come across. Which is not easily found here in Portugal. We had a variety of tapas with a wine pairing, the food was exquisite. I would highly recommend this lovely little spot to anyone looking for a real homely friendly spot to eat. Will definitely be going back. Thanks guys!!

Very nice and cosy local wine bar / restaurant specialized in Portuguese tapas in a hidden street - good for both a date or friend night.
Good opportunity to try all the finger food on the menu along with all the local wine.
The food was absolutely delicious, recommend the peri peri quail.
