I always love to visit Rui’s “toes in the sand bar”…I’m local in VRSA (been living here 5 years) and it’s a favorite. Rui is kind and serves a fabulous cold beer/cocktail and some toasties (like a panini for us Americans). Enjoy the first rate location and friendly vibe. Say help to the owner Rui as he is usually on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly. Love this spot. And trust me I’ve been to many. I have lots of videos around this area on YouTube under American in Portugal.
