My husband and I had an EXCELLENT lunch here on the terrace. Eurico was very friendly and helpful - which enhanced our experience. He recommended the codfish in bread (Bacalhau no Pão) as the specialty. We ordered the 2 pax version for 27€ and only managed to finish 2/3rds despite my husband being a reasonably big eater - it was THAT big! Eurico kindly packed the remainder so we could have it for dinner. He recommended the carob tart with lime & basil ice cream (5€) and it was delicious. Reasonably priced, great service and delicious food - we’d definitely recommend!

Read the recommendations of this place and decided we had to visit. Lovely restaurant in a small town in a very green valley only 30min drive from Lagos. Helpful and friendly staff and delicious, very reasonably priced food. We tried the fresh sheep cheese and the cod baked in bread Pedralva style. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

HIDDEN GEM! A must visit, hidden away in the wilderness only a 30 minute drive from Lagos. Eat whilst enjoying the beautiful countryside. Excellent tasting and presented food, large portions, and value for money. The waiting staff were extremely pleasant, professional and attentive. Highly recommended. Try the cod!

Our favourite restaurant experience in the Algarve this visit. Starters of chourico, squid, carpaccio were all v. good. The 'aged chuck' was the star of the meal for us - very tender, big flavour. Pedralva is a bit out of the way, but the visit was worth it.

What an unexpectedly wonderful meal! Stopped while hiking the Rota Vicentina and had the sweet potato chips and ham tapas. They were light and delicious. Ambiance is great with a shaded patio and several fellow hikers stopping for a brief repose. Friendly staff, too.
