If you love food and friendly personable service this is the place for you. We walked in and were treated like long lost friends.

We were so lucky to meet the manager who served us and made our evening(s).

Personal recommendation is to have the prawns (not too spicy, just right) the beef cheek, goats cheese gratin but make sure to leave room for desert!

We had sangria one night, super fresh and tasty, and a bottle of red the next.

I can’t recommend this place enough, for us it’s reason enough to come back!

This place is definitely a must if you’re in Portimao. We had the spicy shrimp, octopus tentacles, burratas and veggies, sourdough bread, and French fries. All were soo good, the spicy shrimp was not spicy at all but had such a nice flavor, the sourdough bread was really tasty, had the best balsamic I’ve ever had. My sister really loved her octopus and burrata. The fries were some of the best I’ve had in Portugal. 10/10 would recommend!

We tried the melon sangria, clams (almejas), and mussels, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and the sangria was especially refreshing. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with great background music that added to the experience without being overwhelming. Service was attentive and friendly, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The pork cheek was the star of the show and the sausage bolinhas were quite special. Also had the mushrooms with cheese, the marinated olives and carrots and Abbots pudding for dessert. All were great. If you describe what style of wine you are looking for they will pour a taste to check off you like it. Although they were extremely busy with a small staff they were hustling on the floor to keep everyone happy.

im from Canada. I recommend the fried cuttlefish, not chewy and very flavourful. The food tasted really good and was presented really.nicely, although the portions were quite small, bar style type. The atmosphere was cozy and nicely decorated with a warmth. The power went out a couple times which was surprising but it cane back. Service couldve been a little better, it took a while to get our menus. Sangria was also really good.
