Great pub near the church in Alvor. The pints of Sagres were definitely the best we had anywhere in Alvor. We visited twice during our stay - the staff were really friendly and the place is comfortable. There’s a small beer garden out the back also. The pub is small so when it got busy it was tight enough manoeuvring through to the toilet but not an issue :-)

A lovely and lively Irish bar in Alvor. It’s ideal for a quiet pint or a night out with a group to watch whatever sport you decide on. The bar has plenty of Irish historical and Liverpool FC memorabilia. It is good value, a welcoming establishment and well worth a visit.

This is a small, welcoming Irish owned pub with a great atmosphere. The owner is from Dublin and the barman, a very well travelled young man, is from Portugal, named Louis. The locals who frequent the pub are friendly and there's always a bit of banter, highly recommend a visit. Almost forgot, the Guinness is perfect ☺️

If you want a pub with that "local" feeling then look no further than the Church. This is a great bar to relax and have a nice cool drink amid the lively town atmosphere. Always golf on the TV with great sounds playing, too. Highly recommended.
