Well last day in albufeira and found this place. Carlos the owner is an absolute legend. He sat at our table and we chatted with him for hours. We had a great time he made us feel so welcome. Please go visit him and his wife in this great pub. located just of the main square in albufeira its much more relaxed and peaceful. 10/10 Carlos hope to see you soon. 😉👍🍺

Perfect pub to sit and have a beer or more... but... more importantly to have a chat with the nicest man in albufeira, a fountain of knowledge of the area but also a barman with the friendliness nature and a big smile.. we were here for a week and only found this place on the last day raging already planning next trip in September.. go to this place have a drink and a chat!! Makes you feel very welcome 🥰

Better pubs in locality, but ok
I would sum up this pub by contrasting it to the feel of a 90s UK social club. If your face fits you will be welcome, if not a regular you will be looked upon with distain and inconvenience by the staff. Wonderful visit to the Geordie Viking Pub
We've been visiting Albufeira Old Town for the last 29 years. The Geordie Viking is one of our favourite pubs and owners Carlos and Patricia are fantastic people. Make sure you visit the pub if you go to the Old Town as you will have a great time.
