One of the best meals we had in Portugal! We had the 3-course December Christmas menu for $35 euros per person. Large portions & included unlimited mulled wine made in-house! Beautiful outdoor terrace. Hospitality and service was top tier.

We had a fantastic evening at Tipsee Turtles today. The owner changed and re-opened this restaurant in May 2025. It truly is a hidden gem. The staff and the owner are very polite, kind and courteous.
I strongy recommend to try the spicy chicken. It is super crunchy, saucy and rich in flavour. It tasted spectacular.

We saw this place at google maps and thought we had to give it a try. And luckily we did! It is a fun concept where you can choose different small dishes out of different countries. We had the buns with pork, ratatouille and Kentucky fried chicken and this was enough for the two of us. Everything was really tasty and we liked the atmosphere! Very good priced and we will be back!

Had passed this place a good few times. Poorly advertised but decided to give it a go early on a Saturday night. Quiet when we arrived. We were greeted by Reuben who seated us promptly, provided menus and explained that many of the ingredients came from on site. Oranges, lemons, basil, cilantro and other herbs etc. We ordered Steak and Chips, Asian Spicy Chicken and Portobello Mushroom risotto. All three were excellent. The steak tender, perfectly cooked to order with a great pepper sauce and chips. The spicy sauce on the chicken was complex, like a dark sweet chilli sauce with bite. The Risotto was a lighter main, tasty and full of mushrooms. For dessert we settled for the cheesecake and mousse. Cheesecake was very light and the fruit sauce delightful. The Mousse was supposed to be a cookie flavour, personally I found it delightful like a tiramisu mousse. Will be returning soon to try the rest of the menu!
