A beautiful spot that's definitely worth the trip. Lots of interesting restaurants on the strip, definitely tourist pricing as this is a big expat spot but we still had a good meal and enjoyed our time at the beach.

Hike from Praia da Luz to Rocha Negra Viewpoint
A short but rewarding hike with breathtaking views and stunning colors. The first 800m are rocky and fairly steep, so good shoes are a must, but once you reach the top the panoramic scenery makes it all worthwhile.

Great views from obelisk over Luz. Good walk along cliffs, we went from Luz to Ponte De Mos and back but trail goes onto Lagos and further. Beach at Ponte de Mos lovely and not busy, slightly warmer water than Luz! Recommend walk.
