DELICIOUS FRESH FOOD!!
Fresh ingredients. The baba ganoush cam with crispy cucumbers and tomatoes, olive oil, coriander, chickpeas, it was SO GOOD. The doreada fish was cooked to perfection, skin was crispy, perfectly seasoned. Simple ingredients, amazing taste. Plus, the view is magnificent. Beautiful town vibes. High vibrations !

I think this is the best spot in burgau and anyone who says bad about this place they actually don’t have a good taste because DAMN IT WAS AMAZING 🤩

Beautiful setting. Superb seafood and a slightly more refined take on Algarve cuisine. I’ve been coming to Burgau since I was 6 and ‘The Hut’ has been a constant in its various forms. This is undoubtedly the best iteration.

Lovely food and great views of the shoreline while you eat. The wine selection was nice and fresh seafood! The fish soup was exceptional. We visited my parents, and they have been to this place twice a week!

This place is a hidden gem, the food was phenomenal! We ate here twice during our stay and wish we could have gone back for more. With spectacular water views and cozy vibes. The octopus and chickpea salad were the best of our entire Portugal trip.

We visited this barraca twice during our stay and both dinners were excellent. The service was friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and the food consistently great. The grilled fish was the highlight — some of the best we had in the area. Great value and a place we’d happily return to.

We ate here many times when it was the ‘old’ A Barraca but not visited since it changed hands. We didn’t think it would be as nice.

Something of a go to restaurant with window seats overlooking the bay this restaurant has a deserved reputation for good fish cooking and value which it has deservedly attained on earlier visits. Again it did not disappoint with the fish cooking but beyond that..................oh dear.
